The Process
Once an interested candidate submits their application and/or resume, the recruitment agent will respond within 1 to 2 business days. A quicker response may be facilitated if an agent is contacted via instant message on social media. The candidate will be able to submit their resume via e-mail or upload their resume on indeed.com

The Interview
The interview process is convenient and stress free. Once the applicant receives a callback to schedule their interview, the staffing agent will host the interview via zoom conference. The applicant will receive a decision letter via email within 24 hours after the interview.

The Induction
After review, the candidate will receive a welcome letter via email, and move to the next phase of the hiring process. This phase includes the proper forms and documentation that will need to be signed prior to enrollment onto the platform, in which the CSR (Customer Service Representative/ also known as an Agent) will operate remotely.
In this phase, the Agent/CSR will complete an assessment; which is a questionnaire produced in order to provide the Agent with the best match of available clients to service.
The Assessment
The most important part of the assessment is the verbal section. The agent will need to pass the verbal section of the assessment in order to proceed.
TIP: The verbal part of the assessment can easily be passed if the agent uses a WIRED HEADSET. (using the internal mic on a laptop may not be effective, because the playback may sound distant)
Client Selection
Once the assessment is completed, the results will be provided instantly, and the platform screen will refresh. The Client Opportunities Tab will now be accessible, providing a list of clients (companies) for the agent to select the company he or she would like to service. The answers to the questionnaire will produce a list of clients that will range from Sales, Customer Service, or Technical Support, depending on the agent’s preferences. If the agent is interested in all 3 categories, then the agent will be offered opportunities from clients specializing in all 3 departments. For example/ Sales: Coach, Disney Cruse Line, ETC./ Customer Service: Agero Roadside Assistance, ModiveCare, MD-Live, ETC./ Technical Support: Intuit Turbo Tax, Intuit ProSeries, ETC. There are more categories offered, such as gaming, travel, accounting, ETC.
Pre Requisite Prep
After selecting a Client Program to service, the platform will offer prep-webinars/ information sessions prior to certification class (Orientation). The agent will receive information regarding the equipment needed prior to class. The prerequisite steps will be provided on the Agent’s profile, including computer system check (must have windows 10 or 11). Agent must also pass a background check.
Certification Class
After the prerequisite checklist is completed, the Agent will receive an introduction email from the certification instructor, 3 days before class begins. The email will include login credentials. Agent will need a wired headset prior to class. The certification classes are highly informative and interactive. Agents will learn how to use the appropriate program for the client/company that they select. Agents MUST pass the certification class.
Work Begins!
After passing the certification class (orientation), the agent will then be able to select their desired servicing hours and begin to work. The schedule will be released every Wednesday, for agents to select and lock in their desired hours to work for the following week.
Additional Opportunities
Agents are allowed to service more than one client company at a time. If an agent decides to work for an additional client/company, they may select another client/company under the Client Opportunity tab and repeat the certification process for an additional client to be added to the agent’s Servicing Profile; resulting to additional service revenue generated. In other words, the agent will be able to have two (+) jobs on one platform!
